What is the purpose of The Olive Branch; what are you all about?
At The Olive Branch, our goal, simply put, is to make a difference in this world - by offering each person in our community a place to belong, believe and become the person you were meant to be!  It’s about truly wanting to understand what friendship
with God looks and feels like - and it's about belonging and being accepted just as
you are by God and by others.
 
Who are the undecided?
The ‘undecided’ are people who need more time, evidence and experience to make
a decision about Jesus Christ. The ‘decided’ are those who have seen enough of
Jesus to believe that He is who He claims to be, and put their faith in Him - and are transformed by the experience! The Olive Branch is all about allowing people the time and space and opportunities to make a good decision.

What can I expect when I attend a worship service at The Olive Branch?
SURPRISE! We promise you...it WON’T be BORING! When it comes to a Sunday Morning Worship Experience, we like to think 'outside the box.' We believe that God delights in creativity and our service is an expression of that belief. So we will use
every means, every form of the arts, our best in everything to attempt to portray Him
and what He's said about life. Our goal is to not waste a single moment of anyone's time
or a single opportunity to reach out.

What’s at The Olive Branch for my kids?
We will treat your children as our TREASURE! Not only will they be safe, they will have
a blast as they learn about spiritual reality, learn what the guardrails are in life and learn how to live as a treasured child of God! Your children will be taught and cared for by people who have been carefully screened, and whose calling in life is to love and care for children. Every Sunday morning, children from the age of 6 months to Grade 6 will experience fun activities, stories, crafts, science-stuff and Creative Worship in an environment where they are loved and cherished! We want your children to make close friends at Kids Branch. We want them to feel accepted and valued...and have a special place where they belong!

What’s at The Olive Branch for teens & 20-somethings?
TOB Youth Ministries is a place where teens and young adults can belong, believe
- and become all they were meant to be. Our mission is to be totally relevant - and affect our community and beyond! Every Sunday during the school year Ignite (Grade 7 & 8) meets during the 11:15 AM Service, and PWF (Grades 9-12) spontaneously combusts every Sunday @ 6:00 PM. Refinery (post high school, 20-something college & career) meets Tuesday Nights @ 7:30 PM - with special CONNECT events during the year. 

What are your affiliations?
The Olive Branch is a member of the Willow Creek Association. Through this association we share with other action-oriented churches a strategic vision and outreach ministry to the undecided.

What denomination is the olive branch?   
The Olive Branch is a member church of the CCCC - The Congregational Christian Churches in Canada. ‘Congregational’ means that we are free to make our own decisions, to pursue our distinct calling.’ Christian’ describes the fact that we are fully devoted to Jesus Christ, His teachings, and His plan for us and our world. ‘Church’ describes that we are a gathering, a community  of people, brought together to explore our relationship of love with God and express our relationship of love with others. ‘Canada’ simply means the 4 C’s is a uniquely Canadian organization.
