Branch Out is TOB's commitment to being 'out there', out there where the needs are, passionately engaged in the struggles of others. Responsible to make God's love visible, we partner with other agencies to serve those whom Jesus calls 'blessed': who struggle because of poverty, injustice, serious illness or social alienation.

Saturday SEPTEMBER 18, 2010: HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ADOPT-A-DAY
LEADER? Sandra Gibner
WHO? We're looking for 10-12 volunteers for one day
WHAT? To be part of a team that will be building a home for a Habitat approved family
WHERE? Keswick, Ontario
HOW? Habitat will provide a construction manager to teach each team how to hang drywall, lay flooring, install windows and siding, paint, etc. etc. etc. They will provide tools, hard-hats and supplies. You will need to complete onsite SHE Training (Safety, Health & Environment), sign a participation waiver - and bring and wear CSA approved footwear.
